We're a workshop-based service, not mobile, which means we've got all the tools and parts on hand to fix your scooter properly the first time. Mobile repairs sound convenient, but they're limited by what someone can carry in a van. At our workshop, we've got everything we need — parts, equipment, diagnostic tools — so we can sort out your issue same-day in most cases. Tyre fitting starts from $65. That's for a standard pneumatic (air-filled) tyre replacement on most scooters. We stock the common sizes — 8.5-inch, 10-inch, and a few others — so we can usually do it same-day. If you're sick of getting flats all the time, we can also fit solid tyres (honeycomb or foam-filled) for around $80-$120 depending on the scooter. Solid tyres mean you'll never get a puncture again, which is great if you ride through rough areas or bindii patches. The trade-off is they're a bit firmer, so the ride's not quite as smooth, but most people reckon it's worth it. Price varies a bit depending on your scooter model and tyre type, but we'll give you a clear quote before we start.

Absolutely. We work on all types of eBikes — mountain bikes, commuters, cargo bikes, you name it. The electrical side of eBikes is pretty similar to scooters — batteries, motors, controllers, wiring. We do battery diagnostics and repairs (including cell replacement and BMS fixes), motor servicing, brake adjustments (mechanical and hydraulic), gear tuning, and full tune-ups. Whether you've got a cheap $1,500 commuter or a high-end $5,000 mountain bike, we can service it. eBike motors are usually mid-drive (like Bafang or Bosch) or hub motors, and we've worked on both types plenty. If your eBike's not running right, bring it in and we'll diagnose it properly.

We work on all brands — Xiaomi (M365, Pro, Mi3), Segway Ninebot (ES series, Max), Kaabo (Mantis, Skywalker, Wolf), Vsett (8, 9, 10), Zero, Inokim, Dualtron, Apollo, Mercane WideWheel, Fiido, EMove, and heaps more. Even if you've got some obscure brand you ordered off AliExpress, we can likely help. The underlying tech is pretty similar across most scooters — battery packs with 18650 or 21700 cells, hub motors or belt-driven motors, controllers, BMS systems. Once you understand how they work, the brand doesn't matter as much as people think. Some brands are easier to work on than others (looking at you, Xiaomi rear tyres), but we've seen most of them. Yep, we do proper battery testing — not just sticking a multimeter on it and calling it done. We test the battery under load to see if it's actually delivering power when you need it (not just sitting at the right voltage when it's doing nothing). We check each cell group to see if any are weak or imbalanced, test the BMS (Battery Management System) to make sure it's working correctly, and measure the overall capacity to see how much range you've actually got left. If your battery's stuffed, we'll tell you straight. If it's repairable (maybe just a dodgy BMS or a few weak cells), we'll let you know what's involved and whether it's worth doing vs just replacing the whole pack. We can also build custom battery packs if you want more range or a specific voltage/capacity configuration.

Depends on what's wrong, but most repairs are done same-day or next-day. Simple stuff like tyre changes, brake adjustments, or tightening a wobbly stem can often be done within an hour while you wait (if we're not flat-out). Battery replacements or motor swaps usually take 2-5 days depending on whether we've got the parts in stock or need to order them. Battery rebuilds (where we open up your pack and replace cells) can take a week because it's time-consuming work and we've usually got a few in the queue. We'll always give you an honest timeframe when you drop it off — we won't tell you "couple of days" and then have it sitting there for three weeks. If something's taking longer than expected (e.g., parts are delayed), we'll let you know.

We take cash, bank transfer, or card (Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS). Payment's due when you pick up your repaired scooter or eBike. For bigger jobs (over $200 or so), we can discuss a deposit if that makes things easier for you. We'll give you a clear quote before we start any work, so you know exactly what you're paying. No surprise fees when you come to collect it.
